I am the Fitness Manager at CCR as well as a NASM certified personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor. I am from Holland, Michigan. My husband and two children love the south and are now enjoying raising our family here. I came into the fitness industry after my children were born, and I found my passion for encouraging others to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds with different goals. I enjoy outdoor activities, high intensity interval training, weight training, and I love to have fun while getting fit! I believe in finding the area of fitness that fits each individual, and teaching others how to love fitness in their own way. I enjoy one-on-one and small group training, as well as instructing group classes. I also enjoy teaching Metabolic/ Interval Training-style classes, where cardio interval training is merged with strengthening exercises to really challenge you, burn fat, define muscles, and take your fitness to the next level! I love to bring energy and passion, along with a variety of fitness options to The Country Club of Roswell. I looforwartgetting to know each member and helping them achieve their personal best!
