Home Workout

Mix  cardio with body weight exercise to get a great 15-20 min home workout. No equipment need for this work out.  Enjoy!


Walk/run in place/stairs 1 min
Jumping Jacks 0:30 sec
High Knees 0:30 sec
Walking Lunges 1 min
Back Pedals 0:30 sec
Burpees 0:30 sec
Plank 1 min

  • Repeat 3 times, rest 1-2min between each seesion
