 Country Club of Roswell----Group Fitness------ Class Descriptions
Senior Men’s Golf
            Improve strength and flexibility for your golf game by working on rotational strength,  core work, hip and glute strength and overall flexibility. Through the use of circuit training and high intensity workouts, you will see an improvement with you

Men’s Golf Conditioning
           Improve strength and flexibility for your golf game by working on rotational strength,  core work, hip and glute strength and overall flexibility. Through the use of circuit training and high intensity workouts, you will see an improvement with you

Women’s Small Group Training
            Women encouraging women to be their best self. Tone up with varying workout styles, this class will include circuit training, core strengthening, cardio dance workouts and stretching.

HIIT Class
            High Intensity Interval Training! This class is 30 mins of straight work. All of the exercises are high intensity and will work full body for a dynamic cardio and strength combo. Take a quick break throughout your day to get in a quick workout.

Zumba
            This dance cardio class gets your blood following while helping you to loosen up your hips. Come sweat and burn with your friends to

KettleBell Kore
          Want to improve your core stability and train in a new and different way. Check out this class! WE use Kettlebell to create a powerful body and deeply focus on core engagement. Get those six pack abs you have always dreamed of. 

Yoga/Pilates
Come wind down as you move through Yoga and mat Pilates positions. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles with each posture as well as learn to engage your deep core muscles, active your glute muscles, and find your breath. 

Senior Circuit & Stretch
Are you a senior wanting to improve your fitness, maintain strength, and control your balance? This class incorporates a variety of age appropriate exercises. You can do the class sitting or standing and still get great results. Staying mobile and improving everyday strength is the key! 

Circuit/Barre  
Work your body a little harder as you are pushed to the limits in the class. Within this class you will do some cardio fitness, tackle those stubborn abdominal, work on flexibility while working through small movements to tone your body. 
 
Boot Camp
This class is for our early risers. Want to get a good sweat in before you have to hit the work grind? High strength gains are made in this class. Higher intensity work focusing on the large muscle groups in your body.
